Recipes come in two flavors:
Blueprints - Recipes that have weapons and armor as an output. Blueprints are used, for example, to craft weapons and armor or to add sockets to weapons. Players visit the Blacksmith to use Blueprints

Scrolls - Recipes that have Spheres as outputs. Players can imbue Spheres into socketed items. The Enchanter allows players to use Scrolls - a rare Recipe drop for creating Spheres.

Spheres - Items that players can imbue into socketed items, thus adding additional properties to the socketed item. E.g., a Fiery Sphere adds +1 fire damage to the socketed item it is added to.
